Terms of Service for Plugged

Effective Date: 1.06.2025

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old or the minimum legal age in your country to use Plugged.

2. User Content

• You retain ownership of the content you post.
• By uploading content, you grant Plugged a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the app.
• Circles (spaces you create) and posts cannot be edited or deleted once submitted.
• NSFW, violent, or illegal content is strictly prohibited and will be removed.
• Plugged uses automated moderation tools to detect objectionable content and reserves the right to take action.

3. Community Guidelines

• Respect others and stay on-topic within circles.
• Spam, hate speech, impersonation, harassment, or manipulation of the platform is not allowed.
• Users who violate these guidelines may be removed or banned.

4. Account and Identity

• Plugged requires login via Apple ID.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• Accounts inactive for over 180 days may be removed.
• You may delete your account at any time.

5. Platform Behavior

• Circles may expire or be disabled by the host.
• Plugged reserves the right to remove or restrict content that disrupts the app experience.

6. Limitation of Liability

Plugged is provided “as-is.” We are not responsible for lost content, user behavior, or service interruptions beyond our control.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We’ll notify users of significant changes in-app.
